My Husband and I love dining here! Wish we could make it more often. The food, atmosphere & service is always phenomenal! Easy to make a reservation online. On our last visit we had the mussels, filet mignon, chicken pasta, tiramisu and a few of the handcrafted cocktails. All superb! Highly recommend!!

Our dinning experience at Café Dodici was amazing. The food was incredible and the server was on point with their knowledge of their menu and service they provided us. We started our meal with the Caprese. I enjoyed the Chicken Roulade very much and my dinner companion was amazed how delicious their pork dinner special was. Everything from the salads to their drinks, Café Dodici's did not disappoint. To find such a gem in the small Iowa town of Washington was a gift to our night out.

Called in a lunch order today. What a fabulous experience! The staff did a great job answering questions and was most patient explaining the process. The food was expertly prepared and boxed perfectly to preserve the integrity and safety of each dish. The order was ready at the specified time, too. Absolutely delightful. Will look forward to doing this again soon

We’ve stayed here once or twice a year for a few years now. This most recent visit is our last. Without any explanation, we received an additional charge upon check-out. When I called to enquire why, I was told that the cleaning lady said we had a dog in our room and that there was a considerable amount of dog hair in the room. This really was disheartening as we did not bring our dogs. They are large beasts and we pay handsomely for a service to care for them at home while we are away. And… I’m somewhat of a clean freak. I even wash most if not all of the dishes before we leave. We leave the room cleaner than how we found it. All that said, the least management could have done was call and ask us before assuming this error and charging us for it. I’m sure our suite was mixed up with another suite by the cleaning lady, as we certainly did not bring in dog hair. Not many choices in Washington, Iowa, and we really enjoyed our stays in the past. However, after this treatment, we won’t be returning.
