They still can’t figure out how to open the inside so us peons can use the restroom and wash our hands. Maybe it’s the face diapers that worker’s were unconstitutionally forced to wear. 5/21/2022 Still Taco Bell hell. Sign says new management but they still can’t figure out how to open the dining room and operate a restaurant the way it should be.

Ridiculously long wait for food. I could run the shop by myself and get orders out faster than they do. It's about a 10 to 15 minute wait per car. On top of that the staff is rude and childish and the managers only cover for them. They also don't go out and put a cut off in the drive through line so you can sit there for 40 minutes and then when you get up to order they yell at you that they're closed, even though you have been sitting in line for an hour before close time. I've never seen a fast food restaurant run so slow, the garbage management needs to change or they will end up closing down.

Won't come back to this location again and it was my first time here. There were about 7 cars or so infront of me. It took about 5 minutes for each car. It was ridiculous. There was also about 10 cars behind me. 2 left and I hadn't even gotten to the speaker yet by then. At least this location has an easy out of the drive thru in case you change your mind. While the worker I encountered at the window was nice that was just too long to wait. Update: I actually did end up coming back to this location since I couldn't order the free mexican pizza at the other ones near me. So I stopped in this one. I had time if I needed to wait and boy did I. Another half an hour waiting until I even got to the speaker. Seriously, the comments talking about wait time is no joke. When I first ordered from there and left my review from the ridiculous wait time I checked the reviews to see and almost all are the same. I cannot believe how slow this location is. Still the workers are friendly but I just don't want to sit in a drive thru for fast food where it usually takes a quarter of the time at other locations. The line was long. About 10 cars in front of me though as well as 10 behind me as well. When I did get my order they had tomatoes on the pizza when I took them off when I made the order, which is a bummer because it is harder to pick them out of this item. But it was good and looked right.

I was in the drive through for over an hour twice after I already paid. I have no idea why it's just this Taco Bell that can't manage. The food is good, but jeez. I've never ever been to a fast food place that was THIS slow. Actual sit-down restaurants are faster. I actually used to work at this location in like 2015, and it wasn't this slow. Not sure if something happened after COVID or if management changed, but it's horrible.
