I’m not sure why this Tim Hortons has such bad reviews. The only negative I can think of is that they are often busy. They do a great job keeping the line moving though. Food and drinks are very good and consistent. Great food and staff!

This Tim Hortons is located at 32 Mile (St Clair St) and M-53 Hwy (Van Dyke) conveniently on my way home from just about everywhere. I use the drive through frequently.
The staff is always friendly and efficient. And unless I'm coming *really* late in the day, the donuts are always fresh, otherwise they are sold out of certain ones. But I can get a good honey dipped at any time.
I've tried some of the sandwiches and bagels, but not many because of food allergies. I can eat more types than expected though because they have a food allergy pdf on their website.
I've been to other Tim Hortons locations but this one is consistently the best for good service and fresh availability.

I've been going here for over a year. Consistently poor quality. I haven't had a fresh hash brown yet. Tastes like it was fried last week and microwaved this morning. While ordering, after every sentence I'm asked "is that it?". This has happened every time by every person I've ordered from. Whoever runs this place is cheap. No coffee sleeves, no wrappers for donuts. Instead everything is smashed into the smallest bag they can manage. Glad they saved 5% of a penny on every order, because they certainly lost my business.

The staff were all very helpful with many recommendations. Parking was ample and open. Restrooms were clean and welcoming. They had a good selection and many options available. Also many other options available onsite, including gas at a fair price. Please stop here, tell them I sent you, and they may just give you a discount!😀

This location has been constantly shorting the cream and sugar of coffee in the morning, usually when the same blonde girl is making the coffee. After 10-11 this does not happen. They rely on a line that is 20 cars deep to stop people from return to make it right. Management needs to get this under control, we visit multiple times a day and will limit going there in the future, the new location at 17 and Van dyke does not have this issue.

HONEST DETAILED REVIEW. I refuse to go to this location at this point. The food (When prepared properly) is usually very good. But if you expect to get what you order, you’re mistaken. 7/10 times you will be missing a drink, timbits, a donut, maybe a bagel. EVEN if its the only other thing you order. My last experience there, i ordered a chipotle chicken wrap with chips and a root beer. i pay, and they tell me to pull around to the front (very common occurrence). The only issue is they didnt give me my card back after telling me to pull around. then the individual had an attitude with me for not leaving right away when they came back to the window. almost as if i DIDNT HAVE MY CARD. i get my card and pull around to the front, and wait. i get my food bag, which has nothing but chips and napkins in it. so i payed over $10 and waited for a small bag of kettle cooked chips. And dont even try to go around again and fix the order. Because the line will be too long and not worth the time. Or they will give you the wrong food AGAIN. (which has happened to me at this location as well). My last 3 times going here, I’ve had missing food every single time. And so, i refuse to go here because they mess up SOMETHING almost every time i go without fail. Again, the food is great when they give you what you order, and prepare it right. A good experience here is a great one. I just wish they managed their team a little better and maybe train them to watch the outgoing orders a little better. I understand this location gets very busy. But thats no excuse to charge someone for something they never receive, especially multiple times in succession. and so overall 3 stars because the items on the menu are good. But they mess up a lot. (seems like they need to slow down and check each order as it goes out instead of just pushing out each order after order to clear the line)

I’m not an impatient person at all, but bad costumer service is bad service. This place has a set of ppl working on Friday may 13th and when I pulled up to the window they said “just a minute” which is understandable… 5-6 minutes go by and nothing.. finally another minute passes and the lady said “have you been helped” I said “no” so I begin my order and pull up after. They open the window don’t even say hello or how much it cost she just sticks her hand out the window and turns her back to me. I thought it was rude then she leaves and never gives me my change. Finally they bring my coffee and my change and don’t even say have a good day or goodbye lmao but all teenagers are like this so what can you expect I still loved my coffee

Extremely disappointed today as I am normally not by this Tim hortons. Got a steak and cheddar panini, the cheese was not melted the bread was not toasted and my sandwich was cold. I said my order three times, and they still gave me the wrong size drink. Eventually I accepted this because it wasn't worth going through the long line again.
