After a long day just wanted to get a quick bite. When I open the bag I have a bun that is as hard as a hockey puck. Also most likely looks like the mold was pulled off the bun or something had a nibble before me .I cannot go back to the store, so I'm out dinner, cost of the dinner and the pleasant mood I was in prior, to now having to eat sleep for dinner. The person who made this burger should do 1 simple easy step before serving a customer. Ask themselves if I just spent my hard earned money on this would I be pleased with the product , or even better would I actually eat this. Seems like self respect and common courtesy are things of the past . At the least just doing the job properly would be very much appreciated.

Ordered my sandwich with added bacon and asked for sauce at the ordering booth. Paid, pulled up to get my food.. no sauce. I asked the lady for sauce and she gave me an attitude like the sauce comes out of her paycheck. Then to top it off, I paid for bacon and got a half of bacon strip.

This Wendy’s is always good to my family and I. Their night crew did better than day crews would at other restaurants. I’ll come in mid day or 2 am and their food is consistent and served fast and most importantly DELICIOUS. I don’t really write reviews at all so that’s how you know this location is good.

None of the food was even hot or fresh. Fries were cold and tasted like they had been there awhile. The girl at the drive had an attitude like she didn't want to be there; felt rushed to order. We had 2 frosties and they only filled one up half way. We almost drive back up to the store and return the food but we didn't even want to waste the time.

Staff and manager are terrible. I arrived to the drive thru at 10:28am to order breakfast. There was one car ahead of me and of course she took her sweet time ordering. Then I get to the speaker box and the employee puts me on hold for another 2 minutes. By the time she asks for my order it's 10:34am and she refuses to serve me breakfast. I explain the situation but she still refuses. Then I speak with the manager and of course he has zero desire to help in any way. F- service from these people.

Food was ok. Newer facility, much better than the old design. People filling orders either can't read or don't care. Order hamburger with ONLY mustard, pickle and onion and get a cheeseburger! If I wanted a cheeseburger I would have said CHEESEBURGER! Music too loud and inappropriate for the clientele at the time. Loud employees goofing off very distracting. Apparently no management present or if they were, unable to manage. And these people in fast food think they deserve $15 an hour...ridiculous.

Do $5 meal was terrible, fries never taste good. You could barely see any meat. Fast food anymore is only good when you eat it as soon as you get it. Fast food to me is just not worth it anymore

The girl working the payment window, the girl taking the drive-through order and then the girl giving food to people on April 24 around 230 need an attitude adjustment. All three were incredibly rude and very uninterested in being there. I get it fast food isnt a dream job but if you’re going to do the job at least do it w a little respect and treat customers with a simple please and thank you.
