Arby's

My husband and I pulled into the drive thru to order. As we pulled up, there were 5 vehicles ahead of us. We waited for about 4 or 5 mins till the line moved, ONE CAR.. We waited for over 15 to 20 minutes and there was no movement to speak of, I noticed the sign, stating that the speaker was broken, so you would have to order arbthe window.. so I went ahead and left the line and decided to drive around, park, and go inside to order. As I drove around the store to park on the other side, I passed 2 employees, standing out in front of the store smoking.(very unprofessional and last I knew, not okay per Arby's policy. I parked, went in and there was NO ONE at the front regster. The manager and some other employee was in the back and there was a girl on drive thru. I stood there for a min and the girl on drive thru, walked across the front, looked at me and did NOT even acknowledge me AT ALL!!!! I stood there for another couple minutes and NOT ONE of these people came to take my order.. . So, I hollered, EXCUSE ME.. IS THERE ANYONE WORKING THE FRONT OF THE STORE?!?!?! With that, the drive thru girl leaned over and looks completely dumbfounded and said.. whaaaat? I repeated myself, and she says... huuuuh??? I lost it. I let them know that this customer service was bullsh-t!! Nearly 30 minutes waiting to get NOTHING!! Not only was service slow and non-existent.. the cleanliness of the store was AWFUL!!! So gross!! I used to manage an Arby's and I will say.. this is the worst one I have ever been to. No customer service, no self pride in your work ethic, no idea what cleaning is, no sense of urgency at all!! It is NEVER okay to allow employees to go on a smoke break with the drive thru backed up like that was??? Also, employees are NOT to be in visual view of customers while smoking. This will be the LAST place I ever return to in Washington, Indiana!! Also, you can NOT blame this mess on Covid.. ya had 2 employees outside smoking during an obvious rush!! We went to Taco Bell, they had their stuff together and everyone was WORKING.

This place is so unprofessional it's crazy. I ordered the jalapeno roast beef sliders and they didn't even put it on the sandwich but instead said it was cheaper to give me the jalapenos in a container then proceeded to go out to smoke a cigarette instead of making my order right. Wouldn't recommend going here. I know me or my family will not be returning
