Dunkin'

This location is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I actually live in Washington and drive to Morton every single day. I wish I could give zero stars This location NEVER gets my order correct. It’s either wrong, poorly slapped together, the staff is so rude or the wait time is long even with no one in line. I have wasted sooo much money time and time again giving them a chance in hopes it would get better. Today was my final straw. I obviously knew it would probably be wrong but I had high hopes. I CLEARLY & SLOWLY ordered no whip cream no drizzle on my drink (it’s wrong EVERY TIME here) they handed it to me & of course the drink was wrong. i hand it back to the young girl working who then hands it to the girl who made it. SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND DUMPED MY WRONG DRINK IN ANOTHER CUP and handed it back to me. I also ordered Apple fritters, chocolate donuts and vanilla with sprinkles. I get them all in one bag. The chocolate and apple were stuck together and my sprinkle donut upside down smushed into the bottom of the bag. THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST. When will they get management. This location is a joke.

I went through the drive through and got my usual. It tends to be about $5.30 each time. When I pulled up to the window I gave the girl $6. I also showed her my phone so she could scan my dunkin app so I could earn points. She rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed about scanning it. When I gave her the $6 she said in a very snobby attitude, “why’d you give me six dollars?” The total was $3 or so. It must’ve been happy hour but I didn’t realize. I think the situation could’ve been more maturely handled and it made me very uncomfortable.

This Dunkin' Doughnuts is the worst!! I was n earlier and stood there 15 minutes while my order was already ready!! All the workers have bad attitudes especially the so called cook that "cooked" my breakfast sandwich!! It was done 10 minutes before they finally gave it to me and I was standing right there the whole time waiting!! I'll NEVER Go Back!!!!!!

Drive through line is consistently long so that it takes 20 or more minutes. I ordered on the go, but you still have to wait in the drive through line, which defeats the purpose. To get a refund, I would also still have to wait in line. So I didn't get my $5 drink, because their line was so long. Not cool.

go to dunkin numerous times, and majority of the time my drink is made wrong. it’s begging to be a waist of my time and money. today we waited in line for an hour and then got our drinks which were all 3 made wrong. some employees just sit on there phones when it is busy and don’t do anything. only one girl there is nice and has gotten up to make my drink when she didn’t even work. service needs to start having better employees that actually work and will get u through the line

Such a shameful from the girl working at this dunkin she don’t even know what Is jelly munchkins is she and there was no sugar in my hot coffee and even the coffee was not at all hot.. I know every time the same girl over there she give me this kind of stuffs and she had attitude problem and after giving the food she says nothing not even thank you or nothing
