Pizza Hut

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a Pizza Hut. Mr. Randolph Hut III is rolling in his grave right now. .. Ordered a pizza. Followed the tracker. Tracker said it's out for delivery...30 minutes late, still out for delivery. 1 hour late get notice that order has been modified or cancelled. No pizza, no call from a driver, no call from a store manager. Just a charge on my account and nothing to show for it. Beware ordering from this location if your in Washington, PA. PS...gave one star only because I had to. One star hints they may have done something right, which they did not.

Had placed a big order and none of it was edible! The pizza was burnt...breadsticks were brown and burnt and unedible and a double order ...and stromboli had nothong inside of it! Paid over 20 some dollars for unedible food. We are not a wealthy family and we order obce a mlnth and its supposed to be special...never again. I wanted a refund and couldnt even get that! I took pics of every item as well and they wouldnt even see them!

This particular Pizza Hut is terribly managed and obviously understaffed. They've hit the "out for delivery" button way too early on the past three orders I've placed, making me think the pizza would be here in 10-15 min. It would arrive 1-2 hours later. That's right, the wait after the tracking info says "out for delivery" could be an hour, it could be two hours. Calling the store is of no use. They'll either put you on hold forever, accidentally disconnect the call, or you're told your pizza is out for delivery and will be there shortly, only to be left waiting another 30-40 minutes. Everyone with a similarly bad experience should contact corporate to complain or nothing will ever change.
