Ordered 3 hours before Superbowl. Pizza and wings. I get a call that the wings are frozen, they offer a couple free pizza coupons and pizza in lieu of wings I paid for.
TWO HOURS LATER... pizza shows up stone cold and soggy. I call the restaurant three times... Each time goes to voice mail.
Wow really??? Main number goes to voice mail?? How are you going to sell pizzas??? Bet the franchise owner will be ecstatic...
Guy who called said they really aren't a delivery company and are doing the best they can with the drivers they have.
Maybe don't mail out fliers that advertise your delivery of pizzas.
I'll update my review if I get a refund or something from the voicemail I had to leave.
Incredible... Oh and didn't get any coupons for a future order. Guess they don't want a second chance.

We have ordered (online and over the phone) 4 times from this place. Always arriving after the ready time - not only are the pizzas not ready, they haven’t been started, with our orders hanging on the wall. Staff will not acknowledge you or greet you. The pizza tastes good, but is pricey and the “employees” are disengaged and couldn’t care less about their jobs.
Stay away, unless you really don’t mind serious letdowns in service to eat an overpriced decent pizza.

Ordered my pizza at about 4:30. Called at 5:45 to see what was happening with my pizza. Was told I would get a call back. I had to call back 15 minutes later as I didn't receive a call back. Found out the pizza wasn't even sent out yet. They said it was a "glitch in the system" and that they didn't receive my online order until about that time. Didn't offer a refund or anything. Didn't have the brownie OR soda I ordered and offered to upgrade me to a bottle instead of a can. They told me that they are upgrading their systems within the next few weeks, which means that they know about the issue and still continue to take online orders anyway. Then I had to wait another 20 mins for my pizza to actually arrive.
If it really was the system's fault, I can't blame the employees, but the fact that this situation was able to occur at all is just completely unprofessional and I will not be ordering from this place again.
Edit: Finally got a call back from the GM who gave me a refund. She tried telling me that this is a "newer store" and that they are still working out the kinks. Absolute BS. This store has been there for at least a year. Definitely never ordering there again.

First time visiting & I bought 7 Neapolitan style pizzas to take home for a house full of kids. They were a little busy when I arrived as it was just about prime dinner time. They handled my order so well & the kids loved it!! Just wish I wouldn't have gotten stuck in traffic & our pizza was still got when I got home.

Delicious pizza, but on Sunday we were all starving after a long day on the road, we were so ecstatic to eat wonderful pizza, but when we pulled in to the parking lot at 7:03 pm, it was all dark. We were confused because on the website it says it is open every Sunday from 11 am to 10 pm. We figured out that they were closed. But now we know that it is a very poor ran restaurant. We went to sleep that night starved.

This pizza is the best I have tasted in the area! I love the variety of toppings and the spicy sauce! I recommend getting the unlimited toppings pizza and then you can choose the amounts of toppings you want. I will be back for sure!! This is the kind of pizza you need to eat right away to fully enjoy, don't do delivery to take out.

I would not choose to order from here ever again. First, we ordered delivery which they confused to be pickup when it wasn't. Then they apologized and delivered to us. However, (we had ordered three pizzas) the one pizza barely had any cheese and the toppings weren't even on the pizza because of the car ride. The pizza did not taste good and when they had finally gotten here with it the receipt they had wasn't our order but it was our pizza. The other two pizzas were good, but that does not make up for the poor quality gluten free pizza they brought (which means the gluten free person just wasted their money and couldn't eat any of the other pizzas.) This place is completely disorganized and ridiculous, it's so bad that I am writing a review which I've never done before.

Me and my son went here, and his pizza was burnt and disgusting. And my gluten free tasted like cardboard, was just thrown together really sloppy, and it still gave me a rash. And the service was horrible, it took us an hour to get waited on, because of the line. And when we went to sit down all the tables were filthy and the floors were disgusting and I was really disappointed, because everyone talks so great about it. That will be the first and last time I go there. Next time I want pizza, this will be the last thing on my mind.
