First of all there is no such thing as “1109 North Capitol St NE SW.” But I went to 1109 North Capitol NE, because that’s where Google Maps put the marker, and I regret your inform all my near Northeast neighbors that there is definitely no 7-11 in the NPR building. I think however that there IS a 7-11 at 1109 South Capitol St SW…

If I could provide a Zero and leave a comment I would. I simply asked to have my 10 spicy wings made fresh as the ones in the window clearly had expired in moisture. Initially the cashier and massager said no. I am new to the area recently hailing from Maryland and live the spicy wings that my sister introduced me to. I have moved to beautiful Navy Yard and while this 7 Eleven is not aesthetically pleasing it was the wings I was after and so I entered. After being told no to making fresh wings I began a light conversation with a local from the neighborhood who explained “the staff can and have been known to be interesting but after awhile”.. So I asked again for 10 spicy wings to be made expressing that I would pay for the 10 made and had already purchased 2 mild beef patties drinks and other items and purchased more before leaving. An orioles rooftop party and event planning meeting later I retired home to enjoy my spicy wings I picked up earlier in the evening. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT TO LEARN THE MANAGER SIMPLY RECOOKED WINGS THAT HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY COOKED. Now they were more than old but hard an not for consumption. I am utterly disappointed and this is one of the incidents I have witnessed at this location. This is my neighborhood now. Whatever cleanup is necessary so all can be treated equally fairly and receive exactly what we pay for as consumers I am more than willing to spearhead. In the meantime I would go 6 minutes further to the 7- Eleven at Eastern Market. The customer service is great and the food is always fresh. Marketing Strategist CAW Esq

By far the worst experience ever! I will never spend my money in this particular 7 Eleven again! I watched the employee mop up a mess and Put hotdogs on that rolling grill with the same gloves!!! Flies all on the donuts and pizza!! Do not eat there, they’re nasty! Matter of fact don’t waste your money!
