Subway

I was ordering and felt horrible for the employee because she really was short staffed. But she didn't have to be rude to the employee at Lids who was offering to tell people she was in the back putting away a truck shipment. "You're not hearing me!" I believe we're the subway workers words. I find it appalling to be rude to someone who was just offering to help you out when the sign only said they would be back in 5 minutes and you openly admitted you would be gone for at least 20 minutes. Subway needs better customer service and that girl working the counter needs to learn some manners.

We went up to order food from subway at Tanger’s outlets Washington county PA 10/24/20 at 130pm. there was nobody standing behind us we were the only ones in line. There was 1 customer before us finishing up their order. When the lady behind the counter was done with that customer I said hello and started to give my order. She said very rude I am busy! Come back later and put up her closed sign and walked off. Worst customer service ever!

Very bad customer service never open when you go there, manager has very poor service doesn’t know how to talk to customers right likes to yell at them I went today at 3:00 03/14/2021 and I asked for a sandwich and she goes on saying I’m going on break so I said do y’all have a corporate number she goes on saying NO WE DO NOT. Then I said I’d like to speak with the manager she said well I am the manager and she did not have a name tag saying manger then I said can you please make me a sandwich before you go on break please then she started to just yell at me and all the customers throughout the food court heard everything. She needs fired. She doesn’t belong there nor needs to work there. Then said your not welcome here don’t ever come back. Like all I asked for was a sandwich.

A rather sad food experience. I went here umpteen times my time employed at Tanger. Nearly half the time, the "be back in 10 minutes" sign was seated by the cash register. When an employee was there and I was able to get food during my break, the food was rather poor. The chicken was at least 50% soy or substitute; similar to a high school lunch. The lettuce was normally old and brownish-gray. The 'fresh'-ness touted by Subway must have been lost on this place. Despite all of that, it was still the best food option in that food court, as $9 for a couple pizza slices or 25 minutes for a $10 chicken sandwich are both unacceptable. An extra star for the lovely older woman who used to work there.

Food product is what you would expect from a Subway restaurant. The sandwich artist however left a bit to be desired. This fellow was in the company of a young lady in a booth when we arrived attempting to look busy with a broom instead of behind the counter. We stood there for several long minutes before he returned to his station to take our food orders. That may have been okay had he not looked past us at his female interest the entire time we picked out our toppings..which we found the need to repeat in several instances. I'm really glad that he seemed to love his lady, but I'm not allowed to go back and make my own sandwich. It would be nice to have the attention of the sandwich maker for the brief time that I'm supposed to be there in line.

Went here at 230pm for lunch and place wasn't even open yet, the other vendors in the food court were all open. The one employee was just starting to bake bread. I understand that tanger is on restricted hours but 3.5 hrs after the outlets open and just starting to bake bread. This is one place I wont eat at again.

both times I was there at 5:15 PM there was a sign out back in 5 minutes. both times a food court worker had to get someone. and both times there was problems with the card machine and computer making payment. after which the sandwich artist told me next time bring a different form of payment.I do not recommend this subway.
