Firehouse Subs

Normally our experience is relatively good. And the food, when the order is right, is excellent. Today, it sucked. We tried to order online, but the app wasn't working. So I ordered when I got there. Only to find that they were having a computer issue, and there were only TWO people working during a Friday lunch rush. I got a satisfactory sandwich, but others were told there would be a 25 min wait, so they simply walked out. It's a shame that they simply CAN'T find people to work.

Great subs. More expensive than Subways and you have to wait a little longer while they make them BUT definitely worth it. Some proceeds go to funding special rescue equipment to firehouses across the country. Plus, if you're a gandyman it contractor, they have the best deal anywhere on inexpensive 5 gallon buckets with lids.

Good thing the employees here aren’t responding to an actual fire. Came here a couple weeks ago. I was the first of two people in line. Only one employee present on the sandwich assembly line. Didn’t do anything the entire time I was there. Nobody came to take my order. I left after 5 minutes without ordering. Decided to give it another chance today. 4 employees working. Took about 5 minutes in line until one of the employees took my order. Clearly no urgency by anyone there as it took over 20 minutes after ordering before I received my order. Further, I was there around 12 noon, but there was still a mobile order sitting on the mobile order rack from the night before. If you’re a manager, how do you not see that not only at the end of the day when you’re closing, but also not see it when you open the store in the morning? Definitely won’t be back to this location.

This place is a complete joke. This is the second time I have ordered from a delivery service for here and the place hasn't even started the order yet. It wouldn't be such a big deal but Firehouse takes a long time to make it's sandwiches. What delivery driver is going to stand around and wait a half-hour? What a joke. Don't offer delivery services if aren't going to make the food so they can deliver.

Came in to try the beer cheese steak sandwich. By itself, it was not that great as it was pretty flavorless and there was very little of it in my sandwich. If i was just rating the sandwich, i would give it one star. This lkcation, however, was large, clean, and the staff were nice and on the ball. Our sandwiches were delivered to oud table in a reasonable time. Their hot sauce selection was nice. Overall, the location made the visit.

For chain subs establishments, Firehouse is the better of the bunch. Tasty and comes out warmed. Sides are a bit lame and I wish they used a higher quality cold cut. And with a combo, you’re easily over $10, which is a bit much for a quick lunch. Staff is friendly and tables are clean, even when busy. But not a bad choice.
