The service is always consistent moreso than any of the other well known fast food establishments that I frequent sometimes. I always receive good customer service, very reasonable wait time on your food. Must I tell you the order always is hot, fresh and the taste is so refreshing for fast food.

My girlfriend and I love to get our Hardison BBQ sandwiches from here when we cannot make the trip to Jamesville. We will get em from Dairy Palace and they are the best. However, the customer service that we have gotten from the checkout point has been ridiculous. This time she (the cashier) had in those platinum ombre braids. I’m not big on attitudes and this one almost pulled mine out of me. We have slowed down eating here but who cares about one customer, you know. I just think she needs attitude adjustments to keep the sense of community that drew me to this place. I also don't think that the cashier should have an attitude with a patron. In customer service, the customer pays your bills. I can say this as I’ve learned that while working years in customer service and customer care. The food was great as usual.

The best down south fast food you'll ever had. Everything is fresh, made to order, very sweet and kind employees & it don't take more than 6 minutes for your order to come. The ice cream milkshakes & banana split are everything but overall is straight 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend.

We always look forward to going to dairy palace. Our 9 year old loves the cones and my favorite is a cherry and pineapple Sunday with nuts. Yum.
Edited. Went back today (August 20, 2023) and is just as good! Today my husband and daughter got a hot fudge Sunday with mixed vanilla/chocolate no nuts and I got a banana split, no fudge with cherry instead. Very good. There was a line the entire time we were there, which is a good sign.

We went for ice cream and we found this place after our usual spot was closed. It is a quaint little drive up soft serve palace. The service was friendly and expedient, the flavors were great, and the cost was reasonable.

They have 2 windows, one for ice cream and one for food! Sides vary with menus. Loved the burgers, super juicy! Crispy HOT fries. Snow was highly similar to snowcream. Yummy & light.
