Papa Johns Pizza

This is the closest Papa John's near to our house and our food has always been ready when the papa's tracker states it will be. However if you order any additional condiments online be sure to remind the cashier. Not one has remembered to check our entire order's receipt to ensure we are getting the extra condiments that we paid for. So do not leave without getting all your items. Oh and the new stuffed crust pizza is better than Pizza Hut's :-)

Both pizzas had missing toppings (one was missing half of its toppings) and the wings we ordered were wrong as they had the wrong sauce. I called to ask about fixing the problem. I was told to take pictures and they would call me back. I called back 20 min later when I didn't receive a call back. I was asked what I wanted - I told them a redo or a refund. I was told the manager didn't have time to talk to me or deal with me and that he would call me back later. When I asked when that would be, they said they didn't know and I had to wait. I told them I would drive the food back for a refund. I drove in and then got yelled at by the manager that I had to wait and he didn't have time to deal with me or fix my order. He started belittling me and telling me he was in the middle of a rush and didn't have time to deal with me . He continually refused to refund me or fix my order. I had to scream back at him to demand a refund after getting continually berated before the manager would finally refund my money. I will NEVER go to this Papa John's again!

So I order on from here the other day and the driver or someone from papa johns forge a tip from my card. Which I didn’t have and sent my card into a negative balance and I got pay the bank for a tip I didn’t authorized.. so I called them that basically didn’t give a flying F about other about customer funds.. Dont pay with card !!!
