Peking Express

We placed an order online & it said it would take 45-50 minutes for it to be delivered. After an hour & 10 minutes I tried calling the number on the menu to check the status. The phone just rang & rang with no answer. So I tried the second number on the menu with the same results. I reached out to the online ordering company & they stated they had also been trying to reach the restaurant with the same result. They also went as far to call the owner & email also with no answer. They tried a few more times & called me back saying they couldn't reach them. Our food never was delivered & we were refunded after the business closed for the day. No clue what happened or if they're even still open. Up until this point I had never had an issue with them.

For my first... and only time ordering I did deliver, I ordered on there website so that there would be no confusion on what i wanted. The food took more then an hour and when the food came one of my items was missing. I called right away and was hung up the first time, the second time they said they would send the replacement item out. An hour later... no item still... I called back and was told that since the driver wouldn't be getting a tip that they were not going to be bringing me my item and that I could get it next time.

I order a steak and cheese with Tomatoes, Lettuce and Mayo and my co-worker order one with fried onions. When I recieved my food I realized that there were onions on my sandwich. Im allergic to onions. When I called back the lady was extremly unhelpful. Instead of her apologizing for the mistake, she tried to argue that there were no onions on my food. I am highly upset with my experience and will never order from this place again; nor, will I recommend this place to any of my guest.

The only positive thing I can say for this place is that it's cheaper than other Chinese takeouts in the area. But you get what you pay for: The food's only OK at best; service can suck (I just waited 30 minutes for "express" takeout, when there was only one other person in the restaurant and one other walk-in); and they always say they're out of scallion pancakes. Just take 'em off the damn menu already!

Not sure if the normal staff is on vacation, but they changed from the woman who normally takes orders to a new person. He hung up on the phone on two customers attempting to switch lines. Failed to put in my call in order. Touches his face credit card machine and phones then proceeds to touch egg rolls with no gloves Yuck!. Will update my review if the changes are temporary.
