Went here a couple of years ago and bought my first 48oz TBone steak! I remember the gentleman behind the counter was quite the character and the expression he had on his face was priceless when I told him that's what I came in for! Asked me if I wanted him to cut it thinner for me it being such a large cut! Great local Market!

Great collection of Deli meats! The sandwiches are awesome and huge, though a bit pricey. We often order catering platters like charcuterie, crudites and hot meat (wings, meatballs, sausages) for our office. Plenty of street parking available around the block but you have to look around.

Went on a food tour in Georgetown and visited this gorgeous deli market. The red hot and the peroski was amazing!! Definitely a hidden gem and the highlight of the food tour that I'm delighted to have experienced. I walked around the market and everything was so clean, organized, and presentable. You could tell that the produce and meats were fresh. Another thing I noticed was the selection of meat. This place is definitely on my favorite places to go list.

As a NY'er who used to be a regular at the famous KATZ DELI and considered favorite deli in the NYC, this place IS THE BEST IN DC. Just got my pastrami sandwich today And it's just the way I like. Not stingy on the meat, thick cut, nice and warm with the pickle. Great spot 👍

My friends and I were planning a visit to DC and stumbled upon Stachowski’s and their reviews. One review in particular stood out to us and was a true masterpiece, so we had no choice but to visit the market. The proof is in the photo, this sandwich was *chef’s kiss*

Ok we give this place 5 for quantity, 5 cost, 4 for quality. We got the pastrami Sammy and it was really really good. If that was the only Sammy purchased then quality score would have been a 5. But we also got the Italian combo, though huge, and the cibatta bread was lovely, the cold cuts were eh. The Sammy were huge definitely spilt between two people and that’s why the cost rating is a 5. The Sammy isn’t cheap but when you divide by two it is. All Sammy are massive.

I cried tears of joy after perusing the store. The grinder was as big as my linebacker sized femur. This store could single-handedly keep the nearby Georgetown heart center in business. Finally, I worry being inside a woman will never be as good as being inside this store.

Ordered the meatball sub, it was absolutely incredible. Every ingredient was so flavorful. It was HUGE (wish I had taken a picture of the whole thing), took 3 of us to finish one!

Small deli packed to the brim with deliciousness. Can't go wrong with any of the sandwiches and there is a variety of meats and food items. The staff was nice and attentive.

Quality meats at an average price for the area, came here on the recommendation of the best sandwich in DC and certainly was served a respectable challenger. This small shop has a variety of sandwiches, deli meats, and snacks for sale. Currently have a QR code for Ordering sandwiches ahead of time
