Starbucks

I always order the same drink in both Starbucks, but for some reason this Starbucks don’t listen when I say I want it in almond milk! Every time I come here and want almond milk with my drink it taste completely different from what I normally get in the one in macys… Im pretty sure they just put whole milk! Terrible!

By far the worst Starbucks, no coffee shop I've ever been to. Staff is entirely under trained, they have no desire to even want to work. When asked for a Blond Expresso I'm met with " we don't do that here" When asked if I could have a 20$ broke I'm met with " we don't do that here" When these workers are asked for anything they don't know or they don't want to do that's the response they give us. I've heard this response many times to many customers.

As far as drinks/food goes, it's just like every other Starbucks. As for staff, I do not suggest this location. Staff is constantly talking amongst themselves, ignoring long lines. They seem to take extra special care of their Target peers while providing mediocre service to other customers. One barista, a middle age woman, is CONSTANTLY complaining about management, coworkers, and customers as well as her job. Have yet to see her make a drink!

Last time I went to this starbucks, there were two people working. There was a line of maybe 8-10 people. And one of the workers just up and left to go on break with a line. That is unacceptable. Finish the line then go on your break. The poor kid, who also looked new by the way, was left all alone to ring out and make drinks. Don't know why she had to up and leave him for the wolves. After myself, there were only 2 more guests. She could have waited, but looks like her break was more important. SHAME!
