Alice's Restaurant

We went for breakfast. It is a very small place owned and run by an older couple. He does all the cooking and she runs everything in the front of the house. She is very friendly and personable. She makes it seem as though you are friends. I was in the area visiting with family and they took me there. The menu is somewhat limited but had enough selections to satisfy most folks. The food was fresh,hot and they gave you plenty of it. The coffee could have been a little stronger for me but it was still good. The prices were very reasonable. I was impressed and I am not easily impressed. I will definitely be going back when I am in the area again. It had a genuine hometown feel to it and highly recommend giving them a try.

I've rated alices before and l will say like l have always said. I love the place. Bring cash they do nothing with machines to take money. If you remember that your good to go. A mom and pop place literally. Place named after a loved pet. (Dog). I get what l ask for. If l want over medium eggs that's what l get. Coffee is good. If it's busy you may have to be patient to be served. So don't go at peak hours. They serve breakfast and lunch l have not had lunch there. The restrooms are clean yes clean. If you go with 6 people you can sit at the dinning room table just like at grandma's house. Fun!!
