Taco Bell

Store manager priscilla (50+ yr old) is completely unprofessional. As a worker (19yr old) I was yelled at and picked on by this manager. Other workers told me she picks favorites and it wasn't much of a worry to me at first. I have never had a problem like this in any other jobs i've worked. I quickly learned that I was definitely not one of her favorites. Around my 4th month working there I was trying to take a customers order through the drive thru, and priscilla's headset was on still so the people in drive thru weren't able to take their order due to the fact that they could only hear her having a side conversation with another coworker. I politely asked if she could please turn off her headset so I could take their order. She proceeded to throw( and i literally mean throw) her headset on a table and throw her hands in the air and look at me as if I was the issue. The same day she also proceeded to force me to stop taking orders because she thought customers couldn't hear me through my mask(which has never been a problem for the past 4 months i worked there) i asked if i the mask would prevent me from doing my job in the future which she proceeded to roll her eyes and tell me that she never said that and that i need to start doing my job). After a few more harsh words from her I began to cry. This hasn't been the first time she made me cry and it wasn't the last. I have always gave this woman respect. I seriously wanted to be one of her favorites and i tried to show her that through my professionalism and customer service. I received multiple positive reviews from customers and always helped my coworkers when needed. I seriously liked this job, but the belittling from priscilla seriously started to become a problem.Through the constant belittling and attitude this woman gave me i started to realize the $12.25 per hour and unprofessional anger this woman had was not worth my time, and if you're thinking of working here. Please, and I promise you, you are better than this job. you don't deserve to be yelled at and belittled the way i and many others are. I'd definitely recommend working at the Dave's right next to this taco bell instead!

Despite being busy almost all the time, this Taco Bell is able to get orders out fast and consistent. My only reason for giving 4 stars is that because every time I go here and take a sip from my drink the lid falls off and I spill my drink. Other than that, service is really good even having a skeleton crew in these difficult times.

The past 3 or 4 trips here were absolutely trash staff is friendly although unless never puts sauce in bag tacos are always almost unwrapped and make a mess in the bag. It's not hard to rember 3 tacos and sauce when your the only car in line. at least they aren't in a job that matters to society for more than convince but they struggle with that too.

Bro... One time not getting the hot sauce you asked me if I want. Okay, simple mistake. Twice in a row.. okay, starting to think special needs employees. Third time going back, definitely getting pretty frustrated.. forth time and then a fifth time straight I had learned by them how derp they are and both the fourth and fifth time I checked the bag for no sauce and of course.. no sauce. That they asked me if I wanted. But wait, you got it! There's more. I went for juuuuust a large coke for the sixth time in a row. I got something that tasted extremely flat and without ice.. it was pretty gross. Haven't been back since of course. But maybe I'll go for a seventh just to call them what they are when they screw up a 7'th time straight.

Love taco bell and absolutely love this location can remember being so excited when they were building it because it's so close to home but I have unfortunately have had a couple of really bad issues happen here. I'm a severe asthmatic and one of my triggers for severe attacks is spicy food because of this I'm extremely careful about ever accidentally ingesting it i always order inside and never the drive through so I can explain my health condition and stress how serious it is to the cashier and most of the time will speak to the manager as well and its happened 4 times now that I've been given food with with extremely spicy ingredients on it 3 out of those 4 times I was hospitalized I have become so fearful because of this I don't eat our at all anymore unless I prepare the food myself or watch someone prepare it i will not eat it which is upsetting to say the least especially because I used to love eating out or eating at a party or cook out and it's just something I can't enjoy anymore
