Dunkin'

I deliver gas to Kroger 837 in Warsaw. I am a 23 year police veteran who now drives truck. I don’t go to Starbucks coffee because of their anti-police activities. As I was finishing delivery I called your store and spoke with Katie. I explained I was 100 yards away and could be to the store in minutes. Katie informed me that I could get the coffee and muffin I wanted by coming to the drive thru. I was at the store within 2 minutes. I spoke with a young man and explained that I had spoken to Katie on the phone. Katie came to the window and said “I’m sorry we’re closed”! I had $5.00 cash on me for the muffin and large coffee I wanted. Why Katie did not just tell me the store was closed but wasted my time telling me she could help me in the drive thru. As I write this in the Handy spot liquor store parking lot a 19:11 hours the store lights are still on at Dunkin Doughnuts. Katie has lost the Warsaw store a customer.

Do not like it here I tried one time to get my Points up for a free drink and the drink isn’t really free they will charge for alternative milk, they charge for less ice even though you’re getting the amount your paying for. They hung up on me twice trying to get my drink changed. The owner Jake (I think is his name) is super rude! I even called corporate about how ugly his attitude was towards a customer. When I try getting ice coffee, it’s a lot of ice and not even filled to the line, also my drink looks very dark probably because they do a dash of almond Milk then charge me for it when it’s barely in there. There is one owner don’t know his name but he’s amazing he apologized for Jakes Actions, he was kind and understanding.
