Subway

I don’t write reviews but my experience here was just awful. The guy working the day I went in was completely rude and disrespectful, I believe his name was Branden. I get people have bad days but that is no excuse to treat customers the way he did. We walked up and he said “what do you want” and then laughed and rolled his eyes when we said what we wanted. As he was making our sandwich, he was slamming things down, slamming the toaster door, and throwing the dressing bottles like he was extremely mad and didn’t want to be there. His “uniform” was unprofessional. He had a chain around his neck, a black shirt, and pants that sagged halfway down. Oh and Not to mention, Half of my sandwich was burnt. The customer service here was absolutely horrible. I won’t be coming back.

Food was fine, went to get my drink. Ice Tea is out of service. I bought my cup with the idea of having iced tea. Maybe at point of sale notifying customers that a machine is out of service is good customer service. Then when I tell you about it you blow me off! Another way not to treat customers. Your going to go along way with your attention to detail and customer service!
