Dunkin'

What a beautiful place! Donuts and bagels are super fresh and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. As a mom and wife I rarely get a moment for myself, but I try to do monthly brunches with my girlfriends, one Saturday a month brunch with the family and a brunch with my family and friends together. I always have 2 dozen donuts from Dunkin and bagels. Such a variety and always delish!! We rarely have leftover donuts, but if we have leftover bagels we use them for homemade pizza bagels which is SOOOO GOOD and fun to make with the kids... it’s become our tradition at home! Definitely recommend Dunkin! And... the owner is a truly a wonderful guy! Believes in others and supports them! For that reason... GO SUPPORT DUNKIN!

So on 5/6/19 @ 510pm stopped by this location before baseball and the line is up and down the store. They only had 2 people working. Why open so many locations in a small radius if you cant have the manpower to run them . When it finally was our turn we placed our order . Well they claim they ran out of 1 selection. Frozen carmel coffee. So I said how about a frozen chocolate. Nope. That too. I walked out but my wife stayed and got a ice coffee French vanilla. She said they rushed it (which I kinda figured since the line was long)and didn't put sugar in it, and it taste like it was burnt. And the gentleman before us was also complaining about his order being messed up. Well I will be deleting their app and wont be using their services. 1 bad apple ruins the bunch.

I wish there was a zero rating. I've tried to like the DD because it's so close to my house. Tried three separate times, first time got fed up with waiting, previous posts are correct there are only 2 people working here ever. Second time they messed up our order after waiting forever then when I realized it we were already down the road and I wasn't going back to wait again. Today was the last straw, I had only 20 minutes to spare going here, waited 10 of those with only 1 customer being served. They finally take my order and I kept it very simple, paid and waited. The girls here act like there's no rush in the world, they start conversations with customers as they're walking in and disregard the people waiting. I notice the girl starts toasting a bagel finally and it's not the one I ordered but I think maybe she made a mistake on the kind and I'm so hungry I'll eat it anyway, turns out it's not mine but it's the lady who ordered her food 2 people after me. I work in an emergency department and at this point I dont have anymore time to be able to wait so i just leave, even after I've already paid and waited. This was the last time I'll ever go here and I'll make sure to warn everyone i know to NOT go here. Hope this place closes down quick to make room for a good business to come in. As for the help they could stay on unemployment because obviously they cant even do the simplest of jobs.

Wish I could leave zero. This store closes at least an hour before every other DD in NY. This causes a lot of problems in that it is the most convenient one to go to.I have gone into this location within 20mins of closing before and have been told machines were already down for the night or was just straight refused service. On one such occasion I went in looking for just a black iced coffee 10 minutes before they closed and was told that they WERE closed! And when I argued that they were still open..I was told that they had dumped all of the coffee! Great market strategy to dump your profits

They need more morning help. The poor guy can't handle the 6am rush by himself. He goes as fast as he can. Update: 11/20/2018. Seems they can't keep help in this DD. Always new morning people who are new to the rush. Bus depot is down the street so it gets busy at 6am. The parking lot could use some lights too. Thats a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I go here every morning and let me tell you it is horrible. I only go cause it is near my job. They mess up your order all the time even all my co-workers say the same thing, They have now bought a coffee pot to not have to go there. They don't follow directions and I will be surprised if anyone is there over the age of 18. Never seems to be an adult there.
