Subway

Can someone check this out why this Subway franchise do not provide a restroom. It has a signage Public Restrooms not available. I do believe Subway needs to have a restroom for their patrons. It's frustrating when you go to a Subway to eat coming from a long drive and not have a restroom. Like Starbucks, I have not seen a Starbucks diner that doesn't have a restroom

I went to this location on March 30 at around 11 AM. I ordered a 6 inch black forest ham with provolone, spinach, lettuce, tomato, green peppers, onions, black olives, oil and vinegar and mayonnaise. Everything was fresh and they packed the sandwich full with vegetables. My favorite part. I was so happy with my sandwich and it was made quickly and with care. I recommend going when it's not a rush time so you can take your time to decide what to order. Excellent!!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I just order from this location and picked my order up at 4:35pm. The curbside service is a joke and my sandwich was poorly thrown together. I had broken off chunks of provolone cheese, about 6 tomatoes, no mustard which I asked for and a million green peppers and these flimsy pieces or red onion. Worst sandwich I ever had in my entire life. AND IM STILL HUNGRY! 😩

7/9/18 I had every intention of going next door to A Sweet Affair before work the other morning and ordering a breakfast sandwich, but as I walked up and saw no line inside Subway, I decided to get my first meal in with them instead. It's $4 for the 6 inch Egg and Cheese Sub at Subway. You cannot beat that. I was helped by Kulwinwe who loaded up all the veggies for me and made the perfect early morning meal. Fast service, clean interior, and delicious sub. The day couldn't have started out better!

I was very disappointed with the MANAGER named SUKH at SUBWAY YGNACIO VALLEY. We came in to order, however, I have to use the restroom because I had to do number 2. I asked if I can use the restroom, so she unlocked it. Five minutes later, she knocked so hard on the restroom door and started yelling in her native language. When I opened, she asked me on the top of her voice what I was doing inside because she needs to pee. I was so humiliated in front of my companion. This manager is sooooo rude and she’s not fit for her position!

I was going to try out a newer item on the menu, this morning, and had questions about it. The woman behind the counter, seemed not to understand what I was asking as she was mumbling a whole lot of words, but was looking my direction and talking. But, there was no eye contact. Then I noticed she had an earbud in her ear and was on a phone call. I asked my question again and she turns to the side and starts laughing. As she continued talking and putting her gloves on, facing away from me. I told her to never mind and started to walk out. She laughed. It didn't matter if she was laughing at me or her phone call, customer service is very important. At least in my eyes. I won't be going back to this Subway and will tell my neighbors of my experience.

I came in here, and it felt like a very nice environment. That was until i was having a conversation with one of the cashiers, and she said an extremely racist comment about ygnacio valley highschool, saying, i repeat"there are too many Mexicans at that school." I took offense to this since I myself am of latino descent, and for her to say something so rasist makes me angry.
