The food is wonderful. I love that they have options without cilantro since I can't eat the stuff. We make a point to go on Sundays because we don't have one close to us so it gives us time to make the trek across the hill to this one. The employees have always been super nice, attentive and we have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. They are usually ready before I am.

Went to Freebirds in pleasant hill today, Seems like all the employees are young kids.. the area where the food is was filthy.. all the tables were dirty and the salsa and drink area were really bad.. the employees were all standing around and talking and goofing around with each other.. they didn’t know how to ring up our food.. they forgot the chips and didn’t understand about the drinks.. so strange. Shouldn’t they have a supervisor on duty? I didn’t see one...customers couldn’t find clean tables to sit at and they’re all laughing and goofing around.. will think twice before coming back.

I wasn't a fan of burritos, especially after my only visit to a Chipotles. I tried this place a few years ago, and everything was really good. Now? Does the word "soap" or "clean" exist in these teens? The floor behind the counter is absolutely gross. The tables you sit at? Doesn't look wiped down. Professionalism is a joke. These workers shouldn't be working in the food business. All in all, a show that isn't fake is desperately needed! Where's Chef Ramsey when you need him?
