Although they are a build-your-own ice cream sandwich shop, it's good that they also offer ice cream in cones. Cream offers a pretty decent selection of ice cream flavors - around 16 flavors. But, had they offered a wider selection of flavors, I would have rated them as 5 stars. They did have plenty of cookie flavors to choose from though.

This is a nice little place for ice-cream. There isn't anywhere to sit inside but they do have outside seating. Simple easy selections of base, ice cream and toppings. With all the hype, I was hoping for a bit more choices, maybe I am to used to froyo places. If your in downtown WC looking for ice cream, it's still a good stop.

This place used to be cool. Their ice cream sandwiches were $2.50 and now they are $5 each. The quality of the cookies has gotten worse. I feel this place is struggling and they never should have went the franchise route. Lastly, it is rather tacky charging $5 an icecream sandwich and having your employees ask for a tip. Pay your employees an honest wage and stop having them ask for tips.

Love CREAM! Home of the custom-built ice cream sandwich. You pick the cookies (freshly baked, sometimes lucky to get them warm, and you can pick one kind of each). Then the ice cream (the scoop is generous and I have never had a bad flavor yet!). And if you want to splurge eating more delicious calories, pick a topping at 50 cents/topping, which they will coat the entire surface of the ice cream with for example chocolate chips, almonds, gummy bears, sprinkles, etc. For those who are gluten-free or vegan, CREAM has cookie options for you. I am still going through their custom-built ice cream sandwich menu. I have not tried anything else yet - the Cream Taco, milkshakes, sundaes, fruit bars, etc. I normally get one of each cookie (White Chocolate Macadamia Nut and Double Chocolate Chip), no toppings because that would just be way too decadent for me. It's already a meal without the topping! The line can get long, like out the door when the weather is warm, but the line does move fast and it's totally worth it! Cash price is $3, which is a steal for the quality and quantity of ice cream and yummylicious soft cookies holding it all together. Metered street parking or near-by parking garages.
