Repeatedly overcharges for “on sale” items and when you question it, they state that you need to have the 7-11 app.
HOWEVER...in the fine print on the item tag displaying the discount, it says that you should receive a discount regardless of the app.
Not sure what scheme they are running, but it is not right. Buyer beware...
I only gave this two stars because there are some kind people that work here.

Normally the staff is outstanding but tonight the overnight worker is a bust. No personality and tried to call the police on me because I asked him a question. I told him to go ahead. He didn't, of course. The question was his name by the way. Oh well. I'll keep reviewing and telling you about the way I'm treated and if they hate or love it so be it.

This place is great, I go to this 7-11 despite having one right by my house because of the great customer service the staff gives me. I asked the employee named happy if he could brew me fresh coffee, and he very nicely said yes and he also helped check out and make the experience much better and faster.
