They have to work on the execution of the drink orders. It's always a toss-up whether your drink is going to be made correctly or not The espresso and the coffee is good, it's never burnt or bitter, it is just you never know if you are going to get what you ordered.. also, the staff needs to be more acquainted with the seasonal and promotional drinks. It seems like they never know how to make it correctly or what goes in it. And I am not sure if it is because of a shortage of ingredients or late deliveries of the ingredients, but this particular location always seem to run out of the seasonal drink items before anyone else does and it's always weeks before the promotion ends.

This isn't the first time this DD has made mistakes, which is okay; we make them. But, the customer service after the mistake is getting to be ridiculous. I had a mobile order with avocado toast and bacon, which I didn't realize the bacon wasn't added until I reached home. I brought it back and requested a new one because it has been some time. The manager Paula was rude about the transaction like it was my fault I paid for bacon, didn't get it, and still wanted it. Demanding to give it back so they can just add cold bacon to the toast because they are "busy" is really rude.

I give it a 1 because It doesn't give the option of a zero. This review is only for the morning shift with the platinum haired manager who is extremely rude and trains her employees to act the same. I've sent my husband with written instructions of the order and they still manage to send the order incorrectly. If you call to complain to the manager she gives an attitude and doesn't fix the issue. They should learn how to be more courteous the their regular clients and not be so rude.

This used to be a good dunkin, but ever since they hired all these young kids they coffee has become nasty. The coffee taste burnt. They dont make it how I order. How hard is a flavored coffee light and sweet with cream hard to make? Instead of getting my order right, they turn around and tell me the flavor is sweetened.. Okay well I know how I like my coffee, so make it how I ask. Nothing like starting your day off with a nasty burnt cup of coffee.
