Dunkin'

I literally ordered a medium hot chocolate and when I got home and opened the lid this is what I saw. Every time I go there there’s always issues. They don’t know what they’re doing or how to make anything correctly. One of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I used to work at one so I know it doesn’t bubble up so there’s no excuses the person who made this just stopped in the middle of the cup and handed it to me and charged me for the medium.

The new place is very nice. But as I walk up to the counter there's flies on the donuts. So I warn them about it. Rather than atleast attempting to get rid of flies the worker shrugs her shoulders letting me know nothing can be done. They seem to have 0 issues with bugs in their food and serving it to people

This DD is closest to my job so I go there on occasions and everytime has been disappointed. My order is always wrong, coffee tasteless or missing items and mind you if I order any food all I get is plain bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side or snacking bacon and very often they screw up order or forget cream cheese or give me wraps. I am going to stop going altogether I find there is always an issue regardless of location seems like management focuses on making money and don't train their employee to double check/match items in bags against receipts.
