Great service, great food, great location!! So nice to sit by the ocean and eat here. Our server was so lovely and attentive. The burger was delicious and a good portion. Fish and chips was also super fresh and tasty and a good size. We had the Kona coffee dessert which was also delicious and I definitely recommend.

Food was good, but not above expectation. They're kind when you ask for something added/removed for personal preference or allergies. They're also fairly attentive, though I feel like for as "busy" as they weren't I should have had more opportunities to ask for drinks to accompany my meal. A much larger group (8 vs 2) was handled perfectly by the same staff, so...it was purely neglect. Overall, great experience, just a little disappointed. Barbie Nakamura Director of Quality followed up with the experience and made us feel like it wasn't overlooked, so changing my rating to five ⭐. Keep up the awesome work!

Oh my goodness! What a treat for us as newlyweds to splurge a bit on such a decadent experience. It was perfect. Outdoor dining. Not overly bright with the lights positioned under the umbrella and extra strong lamps further away to keep away the bugs. You walk down a Ross a manicured lawn and lovely pool at the fairmont down by the ocean serenaded by music and the restaurant music itself is not too loud. You can hear yourself think and have intimate conversation amongst 2-4 people per table. The server we had was very polite and attentive. I love that the outside seating had a floor of sand. The food! Oh my goodness! I had the garlic lemon shrimp and my husband had his first real steak here so the entrees and the seasoned fries and the sauce on my dish was so tasty! If you're looking for a romantic dinner and enjoy ourside, this is the spot!

Hey Barbie, My wife and I are staying at the Fairmont and ate at your restaurant tonight. Your staff was so friendly. The hostess was super sweet and helpful. Jose at the bar was super chill and thought on his feet to fix a mistake I made. The views are phenomenal. Truly out of this world! The food was delicious, however, I'm super curious if there is any reasonable explanation regarding the garlic shrimp entree. It was 7 tiny shrimp and a huge ball of rice. I mean, dang, the shrimp were good but it was half a handful of food and costs $36. Was this an exception? I should have taken a photo for you but my wife and I were so hungry. Wait for takeout was quick- 5 star staff all around. Thanks!

I loved eating at this spot during my stay at the Fairmont Orchid. There’s no requirement for a reservation, which I appreciated since I was jet lagged and was not certain about a dinner time for myself early in the trip. It has a great view of the ocean. The food came out fast and each meal was delicious! Jackie was my server each night, and he was awesome. The service was swift, fun, and he had great recommendations. Had Ono fish the first night and fish tacos the second night. Food was fresh and very tasty. Definitely recommend going here!

We ended up eating here many times during our week long stay at the Fairmont Orchid. Service was always amazing and the view over lunchtime was great. We loved the fish sandwich and the burger was great as well. The chicken banh mi was alright but would recommended the burger or fish sandwich instead.
