Food was decent but man the wait times....lines are normally around the building and when it comes time to place your order they make you wait so they can keep their " car wait time" down. For those that don't know. Every fast food place has to keep the average time from the order placed to the car exiting down to 2 minutes. If they go over 2 minutes management comes down on the workers. So next time you see the cashier playing the waiting game take your sweet time paying and leaving so you run the timer up and they fix the problem. Shoot for 3 minutes so they can fix the problem and not have cars waiting around the building.

Taco Bell never disappoints. Inexpensive, tasty and not the same old burger and a larger order of fries than may be healthy. I like the crispy tacos, my son the burritos and my granddaughter the quesadillas. It's all tasty, spicy -- if you like it that way -- and fresh. It's a good deal for scarce dollars

Whomever was working tonight needs fired. Placed an online order at 1245, got to the store at 1am for pick up. We sat in the drive through for 10 -15 minutes and decided to pull up to the window after no response. Also, sat there at the window as well for about 10 minutes. Then we finally see a man on his phone with ear buds in walking around and not playing attention at all and sitting in the dark lobby and never once approached the window. I had to finally cancel my order and go somewhere else. I'll remember this next time. Terrible service

This Taco Bell dayshift staff was amazing to me today. Went through the drive thru and a break line went out in my car. One girl guided me in a spot so kindly to ensure no one would get hit. Then they paid for my meal today. This staff is always so friendly and treated me so well during this mishap. I cannot thank you guys enough!

Everything about this order was horrible. To start off I had to wait in line for 40 minutes. I ordered through the app so there wouldn't be any issue for what I ordered. I thought wrong. Got home and they gave me the cheaper burritos. They had everything in them I didn't want. My hot steak fries were cold as well. So I wasted an hour and got ripped off. I won't be going back to this location if I go back at all. I'll also be opening all my burritos as soon as they hand me the back at the new location. You shouldn't have to deal with this incompetetnce.

The rudest of ALL rude! No need to be so nasty to people. When I simply asked to get my freeze drink(which I obviously couldn’t get myself). Disgusting behavior. Then another lady was just trying to ask how to add fries to her kiosk order and literally NO ONE would help her. I’m just shocked and the lack of basic human manners.
