Mcdonald's

I have to give a shout out to the manager here, we had an issue with an order and placed a call to the number listed on the door. The manager called back within 24 hours, listened to our issue, offered to replace our order and when we went back in- she went above and beyond for us. She immediately recognized the name, fulfilled our replacement order (everything was delicious, by the way) and she even made sure to make sure we were after we got our replacement. Also, a big plus and something I truly appreciated was hearing the staff talk and joke around, they were appropriate and I for one like to hear when an entire staff can enjoy their shift. Samantha thank you for everything!

Longest lines ever for real. Been in line for 40 minutes and just made it to the squawk box. The lady at the squat box was fast and to the point but I so don't envy her job this line is like this every time I drive by it just this time I'm stuck in it and man people must love their McDonald's because I've literally been in this line forever now God forbid something be wrong on my order I'm sure in about another 15 minutes I'll find out......15 minutes later..... Lady at the window was awesome very nice and the food was right and warm but man those lines are no joke

Very poor experience with the manager. We placed our order in the app 10 minutes prior to breakfast cut off while waiting in the drive thru. The app indicated the order was successful however the drive thru line continued at a snail's pace. When we arrived to the order window, they flipped to lunch menu which shouldn't have been a problem since we ordered in the app and now had a "Order is ready" message and had successfully been charged. When we told the manager, he began to insist that they had "just run out of all breakfast items" and "they had previously had problems with the app" and "cutoff for app breakfast orders is 10:30" even though the app said on our end "hurry and order breakfast ends soon" It was obvious that the manager had no interest in telling us the truth which was they didn't begin to make our order when it was submitted and instead chose to hide behind an arbitrary time rule while lying to us directly. Alternative approaches could have included extending an offer to honor our order or providing some sort of concession to us their customer who followed their processes, utilized their tools, and waited in line for 15 minutes.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 large waters they told us they could only give us 1 medium water even after we told them we would pay for them and it was the manager! She told us that we couldn’t buy them and we needed to leave because we didn’t order food. That was the most disrespectful experience. If I could give 0 stars I would but sadly I can’t. I get work can be stressful but you don’t refuse a paying customer. The manager was a true WITCH!!!!!
