We ordered pot pies at 5 pm. They were so burnt and dried out you could barely break the crust. Normally KFC is delicious but this location..our 2nd try..really, really sucks. I recommend you eat elsewhere.

Wish I could give a better rating but I just can't. Got two pieces of chicken last night and couldn't even eat it dried out and the smallest pieces I've ever had shame on you kfc for serving someone chicken like that!

Rude rude rude. Failed to mention what items they are out of until those items were requested. Incidentally, everything we ordered they seemed to be out of. I understand there's a national shortage of everything. I'd have believed that,if everything we asked for wasnt met with an exaggerated sigh and a "we dont got that either" add that on top of being rushed to order (if you're out of everything wouldn't you tell the customer that? Instead of asking what they want to eat?). Super unpleasant experience for overpriced mediocre chicken

Did KFC change their recipe? It's not that good. I was so excited to taste KFC chicken today. The drive thru cashier didn't get the order right. She was rude. Asked for a large drink got a medium. The food is not that good either. Why can they not give butter when I buy biscuits? I was very disappointed.

Wife and I stopped by after doctor appointment for lunch we were going to eat in but dinning room was closed so went through drive through. The person at the window was very pleasant, the food was excellent. I've been eating at KFC for more than 60 years of course it has always been a little grease but I love the flavor.

1/22/22 I just went to KFC in waco tx and they told me they closed at 8 . I just at there at 7:55 and they say we close today is Saturday 😒 . Sad everytime I go .. I hope the main owner do something about it . His losing money because off the people who's managed the place.

Chicken was perfect. The drive thru attendant made sure we got the pieces we wanted. She made sure we had fresh extra crispy chicken,, and kept us entertained and took orders while we waited a few extra minutes.

This is the worst kfc ever!!! Everytime I go here they are closed even at 4pm. Really!! They suck, can never keep good consistant workers. I don't even see how this is acceptable as a business. They really should just close down.
