NEVER ORDER FROM THE APP AT THIS LOCATION! They've gotten my order wrong several times and they will substitute meats without your knowledge.
You're expecting Roast Beef and you get a single strip of bacon, like it's the same thing.
They also leave off items that you wanted on it, you better be there in person to make sure they make it how it's supposed to be made, instead of through the app, and only realizing their mistake once you're home ready to eat.

This particular Subway has gradually made it pretty close to the top on my favorites list. Main reason for this is because of the option for online ordering and pickup 24/7, and being open all through the night is a huge plus. They're always quick to prepare my order & always ready by the time I arrive to the store. Employees are always super friendly, polite, and ready to strike up conversation.

I have been coming for years during the over night shift and let me tell you since Dee Dee took over that shift the service and food is even better than ever. The bread is fresher and the cookies are softer than they have ever been. Shunda was so polite making sure my order was correct. These ladies definitely have that southern hospitality!

If you order from here I would highly suggest that you do not order online or from a third party vendor where you do not go into the store. It's six to one half a dozen to the other if you're actually going to get the order that you ordered. It's best to supervise the making of your sandwich because obviously there's no supervision going on in this store.

I wish I could give -5 stars for this location. The people that work here are SLOW as all get out. No sense of urgency or anything. Waiting in line for 30-45 mins for ONE sandwhich is the norm. Somebody tell Kevin to hire better people 🤦♂️

Went at 12 and once again their system is down. Offered to pay cash and leave extra and still a no. Then its two people working and a kid in the back sleep in the chair. Idk why they're still open or even have a sign that says 24 hours

Waited over 5 minutes nobody took my order . There was nobody in line. A boy was behind the cashier just stood there not saying anything .
