Staff could be friendly and easier when handling the food. Gravy dumped in bagged. Burnt chicken. And hush puppies tha too bounced off the table they we're so hard.

First off the girl didn’t put the lid on the drink so yeah….wore that! Then when trying to give the drink back and get napkins she’s handing me the receipt instead of napkins. No “sorry” nothing. Get home order wasn’t right and no condiments in bag even though they were asked for specifically. Do better!

Terrible! Ordered on the app, get there to pick up only to be informed that they are out of flour to make the extra crispy chicken! So we requested they cancel the order & give us a refund but because we used the app that can't be done. I have to go onto the app & refund it myself. Why would there be a refund option on the app...everyone would use it! When they were asked to assist with it, I was told I would have to call the next day to speak with the gm! So here we go, family of 4, $35 stolen, no food & headed for the next restaurant! I wouldn't recommend this place or the app for that matter to the dog down the road! Don't give this place the chance to steal from your family!!!
