Quiznos

Holly had amazing customer service with a smile. The sandwiches were satisfactory. The manager recently changed their hours and she helped us as if it was her first moment on shift. This matters because we walked in 10 minutes before her new scheduled close time. She took care of us without fail and made us feel extremely welcome especially for being technically after hours. Best experience at quiznos in some time.

The food was great! Had the broccoli cheddar bread bowl, Italian sub, chips and a cookie. Download the app it gives free stuff. I didn't give 5 stars because the girl working was rude. We walked in about 755pm and the open sign was off and all the chairs were up I thought they were closing. She didn't greet us or the family behind us and you could tell she didn't want anyone in the store. Everything else was good.

Let me start off by saying I rarely feel inclined to review. I was in town so I decided to wait until opening which was 11. By 11:05 I had waited 15 minutes. I see the employee open the doors for a mother and her two children so I decided to walk inside. I was asked by the employee to wait outside because she could not clock in yet due to their clock being 10 minutes behind. First, shouldn’t the employee be clocking in and prepping before the public opening? Second, why was I asked to wait outside? (It’s in the colder months). Third, why was I asked to wait outside and while the family could remain? This is terrible customer service and I don’t plan on bringing business here again.
