Vienna location is my favorite! Staff is always so nice and accommodating! Great customer service even during these difficult times!!! There is always a female working when I go in, maybe the manager. She is so pleasant! Food is always delicious and as ordered! I like that you can order the fries extra crispy! Thank you! I'll be back!

Wow, such an incredible burger (just ate the ranch and guacamole one) and the fries were amazing too. The staff was super friendly (had no idea they were going to bring my food to me), and the place is sparkly clean - with someone jumping on any mess almost ASAP - I’m super impressed by how well the place is kept.

Burger was delicious. Fries were amazing. Chocolate shake was super rich chocolate which personally I am not a fan of. But if you like very rich chocolate you will like it.

Plenty of toppings to build your own burger. I had one of their spicy menue options. Needed more cheese. Fries are thin cut and fried in olive oil. They were a a little oilly but good.

Elevation Burger has always been really good to me. The restaurant in Vienna is pretty typical but located in a good area and is clean enough to enjoy a meal. The food has always left me feeling full but not too weighed down or lethargic.

The Elevation Burger was good. The one place Elevation does need to work on is the French fries. They are ok but nothing special. The place was clean and has outdoor seating available too.

Our first time here and we really enjoyed our burgers and fries. I had the 345 burger, my husband the Elevation Burger, both cooked perfectly and not at all greasy. The fries were good, not great, and I did appreciate that they do not over salt the fries. Nice selection of soft drinks to choose from. Clean facilities and friendly cashier.

I just wanted to give a special thanks to Fabiola (found her name on my receipt) she was extremely friendly and I watched as she went around to all of the tables clearing away people’s trash and just going above and beyond. I’ve worked in the food industry as a server and I know that often complaints are the only feedback. So I just wanted to say thank you elevation burger and thank you Fabiola for providing a great dining experience today. You rock!!! Also, I just drove 25 mins to eat at Elevation Burger, that’s how good the food is :)

Excellent 100% organic, grass-fed, free-range beef burgers. They are never frozen since they are ground in house and hand pattied. Organic Vegan and Veggie hamburgers. Full menu with Shakes, Fries and Chicken.
