Mcdonald's

I have gone to this location multiple times and don't think they've gotten an order right once. I've ordered online and gotten the order wrong, I've gone in the store and gotten it wrong. And every time I use the drive through I'm asked to park. Unless you're only getting a coffee, expect to be asked to pull through and park. Even being parked and waiting in the lot, they still get it wrong. I'm sure the people that work there are lovely, never had problem with them when it comes to personality or friendliness. But they can't make anything on the menu to save their life.

3 stars because the food is good but the manager - male that's a little short and either Filipino or Vietnamese (I think) is a complete jerk , don't you dare ask for a fresh fries because you will get the dirtiest glare and complete and total attitude and silent treatment ... I'm not sure why but it has happened a multitude of different times, he's fine until you ask for fresh fries. The reason I ask is because I walk far with my meal and I want you to be warm when I get home. If you're reading this Esquimalt McDonald's really should tell your manager that if he hates his job as much as it seems he does there are lots of other places hiring. All the other staff are awesome and they smile and don't mind if you have a special request !

This place is run poorly, the people that work there just don’t care about anything but their phones(yup I’ve been told by an employee that works there that they do go on their phones when they are supposed to be working) They mess up orders on purpose if you make them upset , they will pop your coffee tops if you make them upset enough (so your coffee drips out the top of the lid when you hit the bumps on the way out). It’s not worth it to go to this McDonald’s anymore, this location has very testy, spiteful immature people at this location

Probably the most unpredictable McDonald's I've come across. I'm here fairly often, multiple times a week. Somedays I talk about the amazing service, delicious quarter pounder, and perfect Tim's-like coffee... Other days it's like zombies have taken over the drive thru, the burgers have been warmed for 6 hours, and the coffee is more like weak cold brew. Not sure what happens between shifts, it's great and equally terrible.

I don’t think there is any point in these reviews no action ever taken look at the number of negative reviews anything ever done to rectify ?? Shameful and disrespectful! Employees must learn to respect all kinds of people equally! We may have differences but we are all humans! We all breath and we all have red blood not different cos you are from a different background than I may have come from so please! Live in 21st century and learn to adapt to multicultural society!
