Subway

Pros: 1. Easy location. 2. Good place to sit and spend time with friends 3. Lot of veggies on sub Cons: 1. Over-heated biscuit in place of sub. Probably old bread as it is hard, breaks off when u eat, tastes like expired bread with an unplesant scent. 2. Racist and impolite staffs. Probably from south asia, no masks, untidy hands. 3. Dont ask for sauces, else they would start crying. Only 3 sauces allowed(1 thin line each). 4. The lettuce looks like a year old, yellowish and watery. I had to ask them to skip lettuce. 5. Contaminated veggies section, very untidy. Overall experience: good place with a horrendous sub. If u want to fill up your stomach then come and eat. If u r a subway lover and enjoy the real taste of sub, let me tell u u would probably be disappointed.

Inpolite staff, they are unfortunately not understanding english very well and are not very tidy in making the sandwich, so everything fell apart while eating. The seating area in Victoria Station is not great either, not very clean and it's very warm there so not a place where you want to sit longer. Although I think as long as it tastes good the service is not really relevant, I don't want to go to this subway again.

Staff didn't say hello when we got to the counter, they stood near the back room looking at us and talking to each other for a few seconds. I told them what sandwich I wanted, never asked me what bread I wanted before they started making it, if they guy didn't understand what I said he would just stand there and look around, not ask me to repeat myself. The meatball marinara barely had any sauce and was dry. Disappointing all around and wouldn't recommend. There's plenty of better places a few steps away to eat.
