Taco Bell

So my fiance just left here tonight cause she needed good food fast and was on her way to her security job. Anyways, two women decided to haze her before she could even order and threaten her safety. Haven't had the food from here but probably never will cause I've never heard of such horrible customer service and from the other reviewers this place is yet another Taco Hell™ just like the location on Harrodsburg road. Except two females who look like their chronic Newport smokers run the drive through and need to learn a thing or two about good service. Management take responsibility for your workers and this could be a better location.

Went to Taco Bell last night in Versailles and thought since I ordered online and it gave them time to do my order it would turn out right, wasn’t I wrong I got 4 chicken chipotle soft taco and this wasn’t anything I’ve ever gotten before ! If you don’t have enough workers please don’t stay open late. Got a protein bowl with no rice like it was ridiculous! Hope you all have a better experience then I did. The nachos was good but I should have stuck with Wendy’s

I did a door dash here the other day when I got there to pick up the order they told me they were out of potato's so I had to contact the customer and let them know. He didn't react well and I had to calm him down and explain that it was taco bell who messed the order up. I was able to get him to agree with the substitution taco bell offered so I went back in to tell them just for them to tell me that they had potato's and could make what he had ordered.

Hands done, this Taco Bell makes the best cheesy bean and rice burritos of any compared to any other Taco Bell cheesy bean and rice burrito that i have had. Several nights, I have stopped and this is all I have gotten. The secret is the sauce they are adding. I am not sure what it but it adds the perfect amount of heat and flavor to the burrito.
