Papa John's

My experience was terrible when I came to Papa Johns.When I came and got the pizza the garlic exploded in my car and on top it off it was doughy.The people inside were very rude and when it was taken back in they said that is something that happens when it is hot and the pizza wasn’t even done so how was it hot and I have gotten Papa Johns many times before this and this never happened to me before.The place looks closed because almost all the lights are off and the door is broken so you have to be very easy opening it.

I have had a terrible experience three times in a row. While I understand problems occur, the last experience was the final one. I ordered pizza for delivery (32-42 minutes). An hour later, it was still showing as being prepared. When I called to inquire and say we probably just needed to cancel if it was going to be much longer, I was met with rude apathy, and it was cancelled- no apology or explanation. I didn’t cancel the others, and we just ate the cold pizza. I wasn’t interested in wasting my money for the third time. If you order from here, be sure to use carryout only. Two stars only because I did receive a refund.

********UPDATE******** The terrible manager is no longer employed at this location due to several customer complaints. They did return my Papadough after a month or so and offered my family a free pizza and sent us an actual apology email not specific to our situation but specific to the fact that we had a poor experience. We have started ordering from here without any delivery issues thus far (4 deliveries)! Worst costumer service I’ve seen in a long time. Called and said that my pizza was delivered to the wrong house and Greg the manager accused my family of trying to steal a pizza that we bought at a discount with our papadough!! Then it took 7 days for them to credit my account and never did get my papadough rewards back but I’ll not use their services again so it does not really matter to me! And they still can’t cut the pizza slices all the way through!

While I know "things sometimes happen " I was really upset with my service, 11-16-20. I called in my order. Was told it would be 14-24 minutes. That was fine. I got to the restaurant a little past 24 minutes. When I told young lady I was there to pick up, she started giggling and told me they were re-making mine because they gave mine to someone else because my green peppers looked like the other customer's jalapenos. So I was supposed to wait another 14-24 minutes, with no apology, no offer to pro-rate price or anything. All I got was giggles. My time is just as important as the next person. Very disappointed

I usually order online. I like the way their online ordering process works. Since I normally order the same pizza it would be much easier and quicker if, when I log in, I could see a "recents" list showing my recent and/or last order, so I could simply click on one button to order, as long as it's the same pizza. Also, the website is very accurate as to the time it will be ready. Overall I am well pleased. And a shutout to the employees since they make it happen, and always greet me nicely.
