Dunkin'

I showed up on 1/1/22 at about 10 minutes before 6am. There were donuts and stuff in the racks and a lady standing at the ready at the cash register. The sign in the wwindow said 5am to 8pm. I tried to open the door which turned out to be locked. The lady came to the door and said they opened at 6. I asked her if I could place an order for a box of Joe, two dozen bagels and two dozen donuts to bring to my work across the street. Once again she refused.. Bad way to do business.

All girls who work there are amazing minus the assistant manager who is very rude she talks to customer rudely and employees never seen so much disrespect in my life how she talks to people and I’m in this Dunkin’ almost daily and sucks when I order ice coffee ask for milk in it and I get cream smh hopefully she can get attitude check

Very happy to change the previous 5 star review I left for a one star. Was left at the drive thru speaker for ten minutes with nothing not even a hello. After ten minutes my wife said excuse me. Not rude at all. The guy came on the speaker very rudely and says I’m busy I’ll get to you when I can. After five more minutes of waiting I attempted to leave but I couldn’t due to the one customer in front of me still being at the window. Another five minutes before she got her order. So 20 minutes. A disrespectful failed employee and no coffee

Its a small Dunkin. And the drive thru was busy. There was only 3 girls working the whole store & they did amazing getting both food & drink orders out!!! They were definitely busy while I was there, about 10am on a Saturday. I went inside, took a lil min to come to counter & take my order. But she was very pleasant & didn't make me feel like a nuisance, like I have felt from other stores!!! Our order came out correct & my coffee was perfect & FRESH!!! I don't get that often at the other 2 locations I frequent in Port St Lucie!!!
