Phatz

My husband & I arrived there @ 6pm to find doors locked. Saw 5 staff people inside. Was told it was too slow to open doors. However there was take-out. We placed our order & waited well over 30 minutes. Meanwhile, several people showed up to go inside to have dinner??!! It cost $40 for 16 wings, 2 sides, no drinks. We got home & My husband's wings weren't even breaded!! I love their wings but NOT my experience!!

When we arrived the freindly host sat down explained the menu to us since it was our first time. This was a nice surprise. My son who is usually oblivious to the service even commented how nice that was. The food we ordered was great burgers, chicken and waffles. No one in our party liked their nachos. The music was off putting with profanity. My parents weren't fans of the profanity while enjoying their meal. Like other comments alot of staff standing around on phones seems a bit unprofessional. The waiting staff spent more time with some tables and not others, kinda made you feel less important. We did like most of the food so that and the host made up for the rest of the negative. I would give it another try.

The cinnamons toast waffle is okay at best. It’s pretty much just a waffle topped with the cereal and frosting. The BBQ was average & the lemon pepper was also average. The wings are on the small side. They should serve 8 wings versus 6, because of wing size. Anywhooos, I don’t think it worth the hype that everyone says it is.

We make it a point to get Phatz chicken at least once a week. I cannot get enough of their fingerlickin sauce. It's the perfect combination of sticky, sweet, tangy & smokey. My husband bought me 2 bottles of it for Valentine's Day, which we usually don't celebrate but I made an exception to get some sauce! Although they have a pretty decent selection of food on their menu, my favorite is the Phatz chicken salad. I hear their milkshakes are killer but I'm always too full when I leave. Also must mention, their staff works VERY well under pressure! #dontgetlostinthesauce

If I could give this place 0 star, I would . Service was absolutely horrible . Went to eat with a group of friends and all the employees are just lounging around at the bar. Took 5 mins before our server came out with menus . After we got our food , our waitress left ( must of been for shift change ) , and no one bothered to come by our table to give us refills, napkins , sauces , etc. Now keep in mind , we were the only table there !!!!!. Even after we finished eating ,no one came by to check on our food , NOTHING . STILL we were only table there . We literally had to go up to a lady who was hanging HER ARM on one of the chef( or whosever ) shoulder flirting , to tell her we were done . These people have no work ethic whatsoever!
