Friendly's

I came in tonight with my kids… our waitress was Jessica. she was very kind and even gave us extra cherries on the side so the kids could have extra! Another thing I liked was how happy the employees seem. I liked seeing their smiles through their masks… makes it better for the customer to see how much the employees seem to love their job. Some places service sucks these days, I enjoyed seeing a change.

Visited Friendly's for lunch with my family - 4 adults and 4 small children. We were told it'd be about thirty minutes before we could be seated (it was busier than I expected) but the kids were occupied in the waiting area with some small toys we had with us and we were seated after a much shorter wait. Once seated, our server Katherine was on the ball. She was prompt and friendly, food came out quickly and when we added a sandwich onto our order to prevent a toddler meltdown, it came out of the kitchen in record time! Customer service is hard to come by these days but Katherine was great! The servers were hustling and I hope management recognizes that they keep the customers happy (and coming back)!

I went to friendlies in Vernon where I was greeted by Allyson who is an amazing worker. She had the best attitude and was very patient. She deserves a raise or better yet a promotion because that was some of the best service I have ever received throughout the entirety of my life. I never met her before, but she made me feel very welcomed. Businesses should aspire to hire more workers such like Allyson. Outstanding.

Ive been to this friendly's multiple times & so happy this is the one that stayed open! They are clean & friendly! This past visit everyone was so nice & accommodating! I went with a friend and we needed to use a laptop, our waitress Allyson moved us to a table so we could have the laptop plugged in! She was super nice & professional! Our food came out pretty quick & had no issues! Victoria was also very nice to us & we weren't even her table!
