After almost a week of talking with a sales rep (Brian) via text about a used car we were interested in, we never felt pressured. Any time we had a question, he responded promptly without pushing us towards the purchase. And after we decided to purchase our car through Carmax instead, our sales rep wished us well and said to reach out if we ever needed anything. After finding some issues with our Carmax purchase, we actually returned it. And promptly contacted Ocean Honda because we liked how respectful and not pushy they were. We liked that we'd done most of the negotiating already through text, so all we had to do was go in to look at the car and decide if we wanted it. They made the process efficient and prompt. (The only reason it took time was because they allowed us the space we needed to test drive the car and talk about it privately.) It was refreshing to have such a straight forward experience. Our used car was in wonderful condition and clean when we drove it off the lot. Every person we spoke with was kind, respectful, and welcoming from the get-go and then appreciative and thankful after we purchased the car. I'd definitely return to Ocean Honda. And I'd definitely choose to buy from Brian again!

I recently visited Ocean Honda's service department with an issue related to Honda Link and my iPhone connectivity. Since I just drove there without an appointment, I wasn't sure of what I would encounter. Ms. Angelica Suarez greeted me and immediately said she would help. In a matter of 10 minutes the recommended solution was initiated, and the problem completely solved once I purchased a needed item for my iPhone. This is one of the best experiences with an auto dealer service representative in my memory. Excellent experience. I will be taking my Honda to Ocean from now on. Thank you, Ms. Suarez,

The entire team was extremely helpful. Leo, the Sales Manager, tried his best to make sure I had the deal within my price range. Eric, the Internet Manager, responded to my online inquiry within 2 hours. He was knowledgeable about the subject matter and ensured that all my questions and needs were addressed. Mani, the Finance Manager, made sure to that the issue with my name were fixed. Definitely recommend!!

Came here on Tuesday because Chris was sure he would be able to work with us and our credit. We ended talking to Ms. Flores (which was a great help) and helped us figure out a car we wanted. After all the time spend from 7 to 1030 pm. We were told we were approved but to come back the next day so they can help us with the right numbers (of course withing what we want to pay monthly). Wednesday came around. If I did not call to get an update, they would of never called me. Again we were there since 7 pm and all of sudden we were no longer approved and denied all loans. I have never owned or purchased a Honda and just thought I would give it a shot. I have never had any bad experiences purchasing a car with big name dealers, but Honda has been the worst experience ever. Told us they would help but all they did was wasted my time and ran my credit too many times. THANKS HONDA!

From the first initial telephone calling to the closing, you were very assuring. You met and exceeded my expectations. JP was very helpful in explaining the various functions of my CR-V. 27 time you ran my credit... what is wrong with you guy's. You guy's are horrible, dishonest....but I promise you. You will make this right. I do appreciate you calling me back Sir. You said you would do anything and everything in your power to help alleviate this problem but yet I get a phone call back from you tell me nothing new. Im not going to trade in my truck and give you 4000 down and over 400 dollar payment for a 2018 Accord. I told you I appreciate your work and then tactics used to make sale's but if your guy's are laying... and telling me they are laying and you and your other manager the one who told me to shut up. You have the video like you Said... review it well and see who is in the wrong. I get you might not want to do business with me... but I did get humiliated and keep getting disrespected the same way just different words. Come on Sir. Since corporate is asking questions about my reviews and you ask me to take them down. Maybe Someone from corporate can call me and ask me directly.
