I was told “No longer serve low carb burger style.” Whatever happen to your way? I will not be back. Refused to sell me burger without the bun. Insisted I have to buy the bun. I al on keto and every other fast food establishment has no issue accommodating. Not going back to BK ever!

Food was cold order taker was rude. When I went to refill my drink and took lid off . There was black slime or whatever it was it was gross. Never eat here again

There’s a lady who is so stubborn, bad customer service. I order breakfast burritos and she give me tacos. I didn’t even know they sell tacos. I tried to order the burritos and I told her to give me what I order this time because she give something else the first time. She said that I was wrong and in fact she was not going to sell me anything and to leave. Probably that’s why this place is always empty because she’s an ogre.

Terrible they re fried fries lmao u can't do the little inituive to get new fries get out of the kitchen ive worked fast food to 5 star Forbes standard places but I would never serve anyone re fried fries ever 😅 also customer service was very less then basic ... getting to the burger don't serve cold bacon u gotta ecleast try a little please take notes from the kids next door McDonald's great service burger osnt sloppy nor oily af also very fresh fries everytime.

Having experienced mostly negative visits to Burger King in northern California this location was a pleasant surprise. Food was piping hot and cheese melted with fast and friendly service. 2:30 pm seems to be the sweet spot at this establishment

i ordered a burger and chicken nuggets. when i got home i check my bag and i didnt get any nuggets i tried calling them but no one answer
