To the workers at this store, please consider people's dietary restrictions and that we wish we didn't have to have complicated orders either. It's challenging to have allergies and eat out. A little kindness goes a long way! I do not usually post negative reviews but as someone with recently diagnosed allergies it's important that I share my experience with others allergy sufferers. No allergen information made available for gluten & dairy allergies through Starbucks Canada online so I had to ask the cashier & barista in person. I wanted to order a little something special in addition to my usual oat milk latte so I kindly asked which syrups & sauces were gluten free and dairy free. They weren't willing to look at the labels even though I was the only customer in the store & they were an hour away from closing time. They acted as if I shouldn't ask. The drink I ordered did not taste right. I've been a regular Starbucks customer for many years and my usual order (oat milk latte) from this location tasted like stale drip coffee mixed with water. I hope that others will have a more positive experience than me in the future.

First time at this location and I orderer a salted Carmel cream cold brew without ice. Got my order with premixed cream/cold brew and almost little to no foam. I order this drink on a regular and have never gotten a light brown ice coffee with almost no foam…The drink was flavourless to say the least. My husband heard one of the staff ( manager possibly?) instructing the barista to add water after I had ordered. That would explain why I got a watered down coffee. Avoid this location.

Avoid this starbucks location. My wife ordered a drink and wanted no ice. The manager overheard us giving the order and gave the instructions to the barista to put water. I was unsure if this was a regular thing they did at Starbucks so I did not intevene. Afterwards, I asked my wife if this was a normal thing to do and she mentioned her drink was not as strong as per usual. I believe he was diluting the drink.
