We came here for the first time through the Vancouver dine out experience. The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. The chip and guacamole were so good and fresh. The salmon, beef, lamb, and everything else were great as well. It's definitely a place I will come back to and keep coming back to.

I enjoyed this restaurant so much. Excellent food, nice atmosphere, friendly staffs and great cocktails. The pork belly was so tasty. It had so many layers of flavours, it was crispy, spicy and the sauce was well balanced with the oily pork fat. It was amazing. I loved the chilies as well. It goes so well with the beer! Love love this place. I will definitely go back

Hidden gem! Fantastic margaritas, unique and delicious food. We didn't have a reservation but were able to sit at the bar with the friendly and helpful bartenders. The guacamole and chips was some of the best guacamole I've ever had - it had just a splash of salsa verde on top. The scotch egg was wrapped with green chorizo and was like nothing I've ever eaten before. We cleaned off the plate, down to the grilled scallions and pickled onions and jalapenos. It was very filling for two people. The skirt steak tacos were cooked to perfection with a sweet jam to top it off for a wonderful balance of savory and sweet. Even the tortillas tasted homemade. The pork taco was also very unique, but it was a bit too salty. All in all, I would definitely come again. Street parking was easy and cheap.

A lovely spot for Mexican food! Very enjoyable and great atmosphere. Service was also attentive. The tequila drinks were phenomenal. Shared a few appetizers with a friend and they were all great. The white bean queso fundido ($12) was nice and hot. Very flavourful, filling and perfect with the chips. The Peruvian scallop ceviche ($16) was fresh and had the perfect acidity. The chorizo verde scotch egg ($12) was a new one for me, and I enjoyed the crunch! My friend and I also shared a few tacos - $12 for two. The skirt steak was my favorite!

Lovely experience here at Cuchillo. The vibe is fun; we sat by the bar, and the bartender was funny and a great conversation. Food was yummm. The grilled angus skirt taco was the best steak tacos I've ever had. Also highly recommend the queso saganaki taco. The pork belly confit is good but heavy so make sure you're ready for it!

If you don't know it's there you'll miss it. Look for the purple skull.... Awesome vibes from the get go. The experience continues with thier refreshing cocktails and delicious tacos and tapas. Steak. Prawns. Cauliflower. Chips and dip. I plan to try the entire menu. Definitely a place to visit twice. Pro-tip: If you go with 3 you can get an extra taco with any option.
