Live right around the corner and work late nights. Stop buy to get smokes and wine. Customer service absolutely sucks!!! I always greet friendly and they never respond....I mean never. I have been rang up and the employee ..with out a word...turns around and walks in the back room. Worst service ever!!! I believe I was served by the owners tonight and it was just as bad...no friendliness at all!!!!
I work three jobs to pay a mortgage!!! I will never spend another cent in this place again!!!!

This place is close and convenient but I can't go back there. Went to pump and couldn't even see the display at all! It needs to be repaired or Out Of Service! They have advertisements for products not there(I think thats an overall 7/11 problem though). The Indian folk there were kind of rude and had poor customer service like they hated there job. There was a nice new older lady that was very NICE though.

Worst! Customer service! Ever! Cashier was a horrid person! I go in to buy some stuff and my card wasn’t working for some reason. He then accuses me of my card not working like I’m trying to scam him or something. I work at my local mall so the fact he treats me like I can’t pay for a few things makes me livid! Fix your card reader and we’ll see how things go.

I love my 7-Eleven. They’re open 24/7…which means I can get drinks, PIZZA, SALADS, to milk at 2am bc I forgot to buy it in the daytime. 3am Ice cream or Advil. They’ve pretty much got anything you’re looking for. Also I use their app, so I get specials and redeemable points.

Staff is generally rude an unhelpful and often unmasked. Store is insanely inaccessible for people with mobility aids, the sidewalk approaching the building is only accessible by using concrete steps and there is no automatic door opener. Will not provide disposable masks for customers.

Ive been coming here to purchase few items and Ive been attended to right away except on two occasions when there was only one person in the store and he was doing some other things. I had to wait. But it was understandable.

There hot dog buns are gross! I've always loved 7-11 hotdogs with cheese ....these are the worst. The buns are old and fall apart....horrible store

This Short older lady, hispanic by origin, every time people go into that store while she works, she ruins our pizzas, she treats us as if we are shoplifting when there is nothing be stolen. Come on, who can ruin a very good 7 eleven pizza??? She can. You guys owe me a pizza.
