Kfc

[Drive-thru order] Haven’t eaten or ordered anything from KFC in a long while, and decided to try their new “spicy chicken sandwich” meal. It came with a decent size piece of chicken; the pickles were crunchy; and the sauce was comparable to Popeye’s. It’s was good, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to order this again. I have to admit it was better than Popeye’s chicken sandwich—although they’re very similar. This location and sandwich deserves a solid 3.5 rating based on my experience.

Yeah, it's just a KFC but compared to other KFC's , this outfits got their act together. Order delivery was here exactly on time to the second and piping hot everything. Very polite man who delivered it. I was super impressed. I don't go to fast food very often but, should I need to, I'll probably order from these people again

I was So impressed with the team tonight! 730/745 pick up, online order, all younger people with Excellent communication and totally on top of my rather large order. (I scheduled for longer time because I don't ever want to be "that" person). Even my sauces were on point. The young lady expediting was Excellent, calling out to her team and making everything smooth. Watch out KFC, I might make job offers to your Excellent staff.

I'm REALLY grossed out! I found an ant in my Sierra mist when I went to open the lid. My soda tasted like the flavor was off too, like all I could taste was club soda basically, so I went to dump it out and there was a dead ant in the cup!! There's no excuse for that! That's so disgusting!! It makes me paranoid about my food and how not clean the restaurant is inside. I'll be leaving a Survey that's on my receipt, don't really know what else to do. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I will never come to this restaurant again. Please fix this!

Placed online order, came to pick it up and they informed me they are out of chicken tenders. They can substitute the out of stock items, but can not issue a refund at the store. This order was placed directly through Kfc online and not a delivery partner like Grubhub or door dash. This is so frustrating, they couldn’t give me a curtesy phone call or even update the items they are out of. So now I have to call kfc hotline and wait 24-72 hours for a refund to be issued. Thank god this isn’t my family’s last $ and we can still afford another option. Horrible experience
