Burger King

Ordered 4 items, they didn't put the chicken sandwich in the bag. We are traveling so already down the freeway when we discover this. So we call to no avail, I guess if they dont answer the phone people can't complain. No corporate number so stole $5 from me. How many customers do you do this to on a daily bases? Times that by the amount of stores! This should never happen. Speed at the cost of accuracy is not acceptable.

We went here 3 times in one week because we were getting ready for a wedding. They take the order correctly, it reads correctly on the slip on the bag, they leave off the ketchup, but just couldn't get the add the mayo to one side of the bun along with add the mustard to the other. They just didn't add the mustard, but they did read it be ause they left off the ketchup.

This is more a review of the worker(s) than the company. I ordered some breakfast on the app at around 7:50am and after about 15 minutes I walked over to get my food. The door was locked and there was a female worker sitting at a booth on her phone. The schedule on the door said that it should have been open at 7am. I knocked on the door a few times (progressively louder) and she either didn’t hear me or didn’t want to acknowledge me. She got up and walked to the kitchen and then eventually turned around and made eye contact with me. Rather than coming to the door to even see what I needed she walked off. I stood outside waiting after that for about 10 more minutes before I decided to leave. I’m not going to stress over my $6.50 but the person working there doesn’t care and it’s going to run that store into the ground if that’s her work ethic. Maybe try the drive thru if you do go there, or maybe just go somewhere else where they care.

So I go to this Burger King to try the new crispy chicken sandwich, in the drive-thru I noticed the drive-thru window is super dirty and greasy. The person inside touched my money and also touched my food bag. Once I got my crispy chicken sandwich it was cold with no sauce, and the chicken sandwich cost me almost $7. This was probably the worst fast food experience I've had in about 2 years. I really hope that I don't get sick from eating the sandwich.
