Mcdonald's

I have finally had enough from this location, if I could rate lower I would. The McDonald’s on fourth plain is absolutely terrible. I can forgive a wrong order once in a while I know it happens but EVERY time? It’s obvious that no one there cares about what they are doing. I can’t even call to complain because they hardly answer the phone and when they do the person on the other end clearly can’t be bothered with what they did wrong. It’s not worth the trouble of having to go back every time just to get what you originally ordered and I have had it. Do not go to this location and save yourself the hassle.

Waited 10 minutes for curbside mobile order pick up, before going in to inquire. Was told it was taking so long because of drink machine. Finally got order (15min total) only to be given wrong items and a soda that was off (syrup/carbonation needed chchecked. Drove all the way back only to wait for staff to discuss giving me the correct items which they finally did. But was told nothing they could do about the soda because I got what I ordered! Staff is rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and might be the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. This all took over an hour before I was home eating cold mcdonalds!

Alright. Updated review. Since covid happened and the building has been remodeled in the inside, (looks great BTW) the store has removed the indoor soda fountain. Same with the store on gur road. There's also no refills. If you want refills, the highway 99 location still has its aoda fountain. Staff were friendly.

If there was a no star this would be it! Every time I order here I have to wait so long. First time was a frozen coke just that took 20 min before they came out and said the machine wasn't freezing, then a few days later came back and same flipping thing. Today I ordered a big Mac meal and 2 bacon doubles.. they asked me to pull in the spot almost 15 min go by nothing I go in and the boy at the register didn't even talk to me I literally had to yell if there was a manager ( yes I did a keren move) because I was trying to get there attention anyone who was just standing there talking. Finally somebody came and appoligized and gave me a refund. No explanation why or anything I was so mad.seems like they see me coming and are like I'm going to mess with her again it's rediculous. Not going again! I tried to give them the benefit of dought but obviously they need to get new management or workers that don't just stand around. Horrible service.
